Production Features of Rubber Banded V Belts
All SANXING Banded belts are high power belts. While using these belts it is always recommended to use standard pulleys with a properguard. Appropriate belt sitting can only be obtained if the pitch maintained for the belts and that of pulleys is the same. We recommend that the customer should get back to us with details before using banded belts to enable us to provide the best solution. Improper design using banded belts can lead to premature failure of the drive system.

A. Main material NR, SBR, Polyester cord, Fabric. Aramid/kevlar available.
Q. What’s the minimum order qty?
A. Small sizes 100 pcs each size, big size (over 2500mm) could be smaller, 10 pcs - 50pcs, it depends on sizes and mould height.
Q.Can we use our brand/LOGO ?
A. Yes, we can print customers’ brands/LOGO.
Q. How to guarantee your quality?
A. All the raw material are test in lab before production, the v-belts will be run on fatigue life machine.
